K0630 A low Victorian marble topped open bookcase, having original veined marble above a shallow frieze and two height adjustable shelves all fitted with green tooled leather dust covers, flanked by fluted uprights with gilt decoration, all raised on shaped and moulded plinth base. This antique bookcase retains its original finish which has been cleaned and waxed, good patina and mellow colour. Woodworm free. All in home ready condition. The bookcase would make a good bedside table. c1880
