Exquisite Rosewood and Inlaid Vitrine

An exquisite Continental display cabinet in rosewood and satinwood, having marble top above vitruvian scroll inlaid frieze with brass decoration, glazed door with lacewood panel below enclosing relined, crushed velvet interior with 3 shelves, all flanked by finely inlaid pilasters, standing on slender turned and string inlaid legs terminating in brass caps. This fabulous display cabinet is in excellent original condition throughout, ready to place at home. c1870
